UK and EU Returns
Customers have right to return items within 30 days from the day customers receive their goods. Please fill in the return form and follow the instructions. If you cannot find the form within your parcel, please click here to download. If any questions, please email marketing@shooterking.com includes your order number and surname.
Customers must cover the delivery cost for returning unwanted goods, unless the goods are faulty or Vagor Ltd offers otherwise. If customers prefer exchange to other size or colour, please place a new order online for the desired item. your original item will be refunded on return to our wearhouse and has been inspected for damage or signs of wear. The item should be in it’s original packing and include all tags.
